Nike Air Max 270 Golf ‘White Red’

Very happy with these shoes. After wearing them for approximately seven months, I purchased another pair because I like them so much. I have always wore New Balance, but these are the only model I bought twice. Toe Box is wide, the tip doesn't taper so extreme like most other shoes. Have worn them almost everyday of that seven months and they still have a ton of life left, no holes yet.

Located this shoe and using it strictly for my daily walks which average about 3.5 to 4.5 miles daily and 18 min mile pace. Had been using running shoes previous to this usually New Balance but other brands as well ie Asics, Nike, Brooks etc. This is probably the shoe I should have been looking for all along. I have found that it broke in easily, I have felt no discomfort and the sole appears as though it will wear very well. I have high rise toe nail on one foot and have noticed that web mesh could have been stronger since it appears it is starting to stretch and may eventually tear. For me a truly comfortable shoe that should please most walking aficionados. Will probably purchase same once this pair is worn out.
Update will definitely rebuy this shoe if available at the end of my one year cycle. No complaint about the laces from me and the sole is wearing very well. I still find it a very comfortable shoe which had met all my needs. The mesh on the toe box is starting to shoe some wear and minute tear because of my high toe nail on right foot is to blame. Update 10/21 Worked well for me though I have high Toe nails which worked through the mesh within first 120 days. Moving to a more expensive New Balance shoe.

My Podiatrists have has me wear inserts for many years. The shoe has to have a removable arch support and flat surface. These shoes are GREAT with my inserts. I walk about 30 min per day with NO pain.

Shoes are such an individual thing and the same pair can fit one person like a custom mold and give another painful blisters. But for my purpose (I have wide, flat feet) this shoe was great. It never gave me any pain walking - not in the arch / heel / blisters / toebox. And it never compressed my foot and felt true to width (I had a 2E, depending in the shoe style I need either 2E or 4E). My gripes are mostly cosmetic and minor. I think it's a really ugly shoe because it has a very square toe box. So it makes it look like you are wearing fat, wide, squared off ortho shoes and doesn't really look like a sneaker. I've since moved on the 847v3 and that has a much more conventional 'sneaker' look and normal looking toe box and still is plenty roomy. The other thing is that the lining material inside the mesh parts wore out very quickly. So I had holes in the lining that were visible under the mesh from outside the shoe on the sides and in the toe box. But I wore them nearly daily as my commuter and "take walks at the office" shoes for about 1.5 years. I can't say I'm all that disappointed in how long they lasted. Oh and the insoles were pretty much worn out and done after that time also but are removable so easy enough to replace.
